The house is available for rent between June 1st 2006 and September 30th 2006 at the following rates:.

 £450 per week €675 per week

July 1st to

July 31st

 £500 per week €750 per week

August 1st to

August 31st

 £700 per week €1,050 per week

September 1st to

September 30th

 £450 per week €675 per week
 All Euro prices are approximate (£1 = €1.50), payment can be made in either currency (for up-to-date currency conversion click here).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All normal usage of gas, electricity and water is included.

Booking deposit:  35%

Balance to be paid prior to holiday:  9 weeks
